is a conclusion or educated guess that you make based on evidence, observations, and reasoning.
It involves connecting the information you already know with the new details you observe or read to understand something that isn't directly stated.
Inferences are based on clues provided in the situation, such as words, actions, or visual cues.
Example:
If someone has umbrella and wet clothes, you might infer that it’s raining outside
Explain key points:
• Facial expressions: Smiling, frowning, crying, etc.
• Body language: Slouching, crossed arms, pacing, etc.
• Tone of voice: Loud, soft, trembling, etc.
• Words: Direct statements or expressions of feelings.
