Working individually and as part of a team each offer their own set of benefits and problems. Some activities are better suited for individual focus, while others benefit from collective effort.
► Working Individually → Completing tasks or solving problems on your own without input from others.
► Working as Part of a Team → Collaborating with others to complete tasks or solve problems together.
♦ Benefits of Working Individually:
Focus and Independence: You can work at your own pace, free from distractions.
Creative Freedom: You have complete control over your thoughts and decisions.
Time management: You can create your own schedule without waiting for others.
Accountability: You are totally responsible for your success or failure.
♦ Benefits of Working in a Team:
Collaboration: You can exchange ideas and learn from others.
Shared Workload: Tasks can be divided, making work more efficient and less stressful.
Support and Motivation: Team members can encourage one another.
Diverse perspectives can lead to more innovative solutions.

• Start by saying what the photo shows in general:

• Talk about what you can see in more detail. Use the following phrases to describe where things are:
In the foreground/centre/background/At the bottom/top/On the right/left there’s some countryside and a town.
• Use the Present Perfect to say what has happened:
They’ve just jumped out of a plane.
• and the Present Continuous to describe what people are doing:
They’re falling down.
• Use these phrases to make guesses:

It looks like Britain or Ireland.

• Give your opinion on the photo:
It looks quite cool.
It’s really/very colourful.
It’s/It looks quite/really/very unusual.
