LESSON 5A SPEAKING

1. Expressing indecision: to express indecision, we can say:     للتعبير عن التردد

I'm torn between ... and ... / I’m on the fence (about) ... / I’m having second thoughts. I can’t make up my mind. / I can’t put my finger on it, but ... / On the one hand, ... but on the other hand, ...

2. Expressing agreement:         للتعبير عن الاتفاق

You’re spot on! / That’s what I was going to say! / Absolutely!

3. Expressing disagreement:         للتعبير عن عدم الاتفاق      

It doesn’t grab me. /I think we’re on the wrong track. / That’s a good point, but... / Ok, but another option might be ... / Seriously?!

4. Reaching a decision:         للوصول إلى قرار    

So, let’s make a decision on this. / Okay, so shall we go with ...? /It looks as if we agree that.
