Today, we are going to revise a very important part of English grammar: the Present Simple tense.
اليوم سوف نقوم بمراجعة جزء مهم جدًا من قواعد اللغة الإنجليزية: زمن المضارع البسيط.
We use it to talk about things we do every day, like brushing our teeth, eating breakfast, or playing with friends. It helps us talk about habits, routines, facts, and things that are always true. Let’s revise it step by step together!
نستخدمها للحديث عن الأشياء التي نقوم بها كل يوم، مثل تنظيف أسناننا، أو تناول الإفطار، أو اللعب مع الأصدقاء. فهي تساعدنا على التحدث عن العادات والروتين والحقائق والأشياء التي تكون صحيحة دائمًا. فلنراجعها معًا خطوة بخطوة!
Positive Sentences:
• Examples:
• I play soccer.
• She eats an apple.
Negative Sentences:
Structure: Subject + don't/doesn't + Verb (base form)
• Examples:
• I don't play basketball.
• He doesn't like pizza.
Questions in the Present Simple
Structure: Do/Does + subject + Verb (base form)..?
To ask questions, use do or does at the beginning of the sentence.
• I, You, We, They: Use do.
Example: Do you play football?
• He, She, It: Use does.
Example: Does she like pizza?
