Education is one of the most noble professions and one of the greatest because it has great benefits for society and its individuals, but the state of reality tells the opposite of what is known. It has become a profession to destroy society and its culture, by demolishing the culture of the new generation, frustrating and humiliating it. What are the causes of this problem and what are the appropriate solutions to it? The reasons for the deterioration of education in the Arab world are:

1- Incompetence in male and female teachers, whether in schools or universities.

2- Using verbal and physical violence with the student.

3- Contempt, disparagement and insult of the student in case of failure.

4- The lack of mental communication between the student and the teacher in explaining the materials.

5- The lack of governmental supervision over male and female teachers, and if there is any, they suffer from chronic ignorance of their duties.

6- The absence of conscience and individual awareness of the importance of this profession and its impact on society.

7- Choosing people with little experience in teaching and those with low grades in universities so that they can be teachers and builders for the generations of this nation.

8- Poor social communication skills between students and teachers.

9- The poor method of presenting the material to the students, without taking into account the difference in the level of comprehension among them.

We ask the Almighty God to be gracious to us and our tragic situation and to help us solve this crisis that we are going through from the spread of disguised ignorance in Arab societies, until we no longer differentiate between the educated ignorant and the educated ignorant, but we, the members of the Arab society and its governments, can cooperate to solve the problems of education and improve this nation and raise their educational and cultural level through:

1- Increasing and tightening supervision over male and female teachers and imposing strict penalties on them.

2- Selection of those with high qualifications and experience in the methods of explanation and the delivery of information to the student for their occupation in the teaching profession.

3- Prevent physical and verbal abuse of the student.

4- Giving courses to teach male and female teachers communication skills with students and increase their awareness of the importance of their lofty profession and the danger of complacency in its performance.

5- Making the teaching method and place of learning enjoyable and not boring.
