Scholarship Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility Criteria:
- This scholarship is open to high school students who achieve a high GPA as determined by the admissions team at Jo Academy.
- Applicants must fulfill all admission requirements set by Jo Academy.
2. Use of Account Information and Scholarships:
- By accepting the scholarship, the student grants Jo Academy the right to utilize their account information and scholarship details for advertising and promotional endeavors.
3. Teacher Selection and Responsibility:
- Scholarship recipients are responsible for selecting a teacher from the options provided by Jo Academy for their courses.
- The student acknowledges that the choice of a teacher is a personal decision, and Jo Academy bears no responsibility for the outcomes of this selection. This information may be used for marketing purposes and to showcase results.
4. Full Scholarship Requirements:
- Recipients of full scholarships are required to exclusively utilize the educational platform of Jo Academy for their studies and coursework.
- Engaging with any other educational platforms during the scholarship period will result in the student's association solely with the Jo Academy platform.
5. Guarantee of Monthly Stipend for Top Ten Students:
- Students ranking among the top ten in the Kingdom, and who receive a full scholarship from Jo Academy, will be eligible for a monthly stipend during their initial year of undergraduate studies.
- The precise terms and conditions governing the stipend sponsorship will be detailed in a separate agreement between the scholarship recipient and Jo Academy.
6. Disbursement of Scholarship and Termination:
- The disbursement of the scholarship is contingent upon the ongoing adherence to Jo Academy's policies, rules, and regulations.
- Jo Academy reserves the right to terminate the scholarship in the event of the recipient's breach of any stipulated terms or engagement in conduct that is detrimental to the reputation or mission of the Academy.
7. Amendments to Terms and Conditions:
- Jo Academy retains the right to modify or revise the terms and conditions of the Scholarship Program, with advance notice provided to the scholarship recipients.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Jo Academy operates.
