- Find out about your town in the past, is it different now? My town (Mafraq) is different now
- What was the name of your town in the past? It was called Al-fdain in the past.
- What was there in your town in the past? Was there a river? Was there a Roman Theatre? In the past, there was a railway in my town. There wasn’t any river. There wasn’t any fountain in my town.
- Was your street different in the past? How was it different? What shops were there? The streets were very narrow in the past. There weren’t many shops in the past. There were small markets, butcher’s……..
- How did people live in your town in the past? They lived in small houses.
2- Work in pairs. Talk to the class about your town. Use photos if you can.
