2 1.8 Listen and write down four pieces of advice Khalil gives Issa about how to develop better habits.

Answers
Don’t make big changes all at once – do it in small steps.
Make the good habit easier and more attractive and the bad
habit harder and less attractive.
Try to change your view of who you are, e.g., I’m a person who
doesn’t eat junk food.
Tell other people about what you’re doing so you’ll be
embarrassed if you stop.
