I can": It means "I am able to" or "I am capable of". We use it when talking about something we are able to do.

Example: I can go sailing.

"I can't": It means "I am not able to" or "I am not capable of". We use it when talking about something we are not able to do.

Example: I can't play board games.

"Can you": It means "Are you able to". We use it to ask if someone else is able to do something.

Example: Can you sew?

I can = أستطيع

I can't = لا أستطيع

Can you? = هل يمكنك؟
