1. Adverbs of Frequency
Adverbs of frequency are used to describe how often something happens in the Present Simple tense. The most common adverbs include:

Never (0%) – Something that does not happen at all.

Hardly ever – Rarely happens.

Sometimes – Occurs occasionally.

Often – Happens frequently.

Usually – Happens most of the time.

Always (100%) – Happens all the time.
Placement:

Before the main verb:
Example: I always check my phone. -
After the verb be:
Example: My phone is always with me.
2. Present Simple Questions
To form questions in the Present Simple tense:

Use "do" or "does":

Do is used for I/you/we/they.

Does is used for he/she/it.

The verb after does does NOT take an "-s" ending.
Examples:
