This lesson focuses on apologising and accepting apologies.
To say sorry, we can use expressions like “Sorry!”, “I’m really sorry”, or “It was my fault.”
To explain the reason, we might say “I forgot,”, “I didn’t mean to,”, “I did it by mistake,” or “It was an accident.”
When accepting an apology, we can respond politely with phrases such as “That’s OK,”, “Don’t worry about it,” or “It can happen to anyone.”
These expressions help us communicate politely when we make or respond to mistakes in everyday situations.
