Dialogue: Asking for Information about a Flat

Alex: Hello! I’m calling about the flat for rent. Can you give me some information about it?
Owner: Of course. It’s a two-bedroom flat near the city center.

Alex: Great! How many bathrooms are there?
Owner: There’s one bathroom.

Alex: Is there a shower?
Owner: Yes, there’s a shower and a small bathtub.

Alex: Has the flat got a garden?
Owner: No, but there’s a small balcony.

Owner: Sorry, no. Cooking is only allowed inside the kitchen.

Alex: I see. What do you mean by ‘small’ balcony?
Owner: It’s big enough for two chairs and a small table.

Alex: Have you got a dishwasher?
Owner: Yes, there’s a dishwasher in the kitchen.

Alex: Perfect! Thank you for the information.
