Adverbs of frequency 1 Put the adverbs of frequency from the box in the correct order.

 hardly ever  /  never  / often  /sometimes / usually

Answers:

1 never (1) - This means "not at all."

2 hardly ever (2) - This means "almost never."

3 sometimes (3) - This means "occasionally."

4 usually (4) - This means "most of the time."

5 often (5) - This means "frequently."
