Spelling Rules for adding -ing:
1. Most verbs: add -ing → walk, play → walking, playing
2. Verbs ending in -e: drop the 'e' and add -ing → make → making.
3. Verbs ending with one vowel + one consonant: double the last letter → run → running.
4. Verbs ending in -y: just add -ing → study → studying.
